When the women and men of a community boss over each other communication gets bogged down in a mire of conflict between women's reason and men's reason. The outcome is media with a focus on information and ideas supporting short-term profit and personal greed. When women and men are their own bosses such that women elect female candidates to a women's legislature and men elect male candidates to a men's legislature the communication of information and ideas is at its optimum and the outcome is media with a focus on the long-term interests of the entire community.
