Sexual violence, most commonly rape, domestic violence and paedophelia, are the product of an imbalance of power between women and men. Communities in which men boss over women or women and men boss over each other are rife with sexual violence whereas communities in which women and men are their own bosses are free from sexual violence although traditions may contain knowledge of sexual violence recorded during times of major ecological disturbance. Sexual violence is easy to eliminate. All that is required is government comprising a women's senate and a men's assembly presided over by an executive of elders accompanied by courts of women's and men's jurisdiction.
